The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.  Only items purchased at slobproof.com are eligible for Slobproof's return policies.  If you purchase a Slobproof product from another store, please contact that store directly to process your return.


Shipping

Slobproof.com ships anywhere the United States!  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside the USA at this time, but we're working on it!

Orders typically ship within two business days and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Smart Post or UPS Ground depending on the weight of the order.  Expedited shipping services are available for purchase during the check-out process.


Returns

We're confident you'll love Slobproof products and want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us along with proof of purchase within thirty days for a full refund.  The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within five business days, please re-check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there can be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@slobproof.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@slobproof.com and our team will provide instructions to complete your exchange.
